Museum displays various kinds of drugs affecting different body systems. It also displays academic charts, contributions from Indian and other pharmacologists, The question of the week, and Nobel Prize winner scientist’s information. Good orientation about the subject is obtained from the museum.
Following activities are conducted in a seminar room with audio-visual aids.
These are presented as PowerPoint Presentations Group discussions: thrice a week.
There are four demonstration rooms for the purpose of demonstration of animal experiments and pharmacy practicals
CPCSEA approved the animal house. Animal Lab contains and breeds lab animals viz. rats (Sprague-Dawley rats and Wistar rats), rabbits, guinea pigs, and mice. Environmental conditions are properly maintained in animal house by trained staff.
Basic : Central Nervous System (CNS)
Others : Clinical Research, Drugs for wound healing, Nutraceuticals.
Practicals :Bioassay, Short procedure experiments, Computer simulated experiments. (Interactive session)
Lab contains following equipments;
Like Over Head Projectors, LCD projectors, animal simulation experiments are used to teach undergraduate students.
