Guidelines for Abstract Preparation for Oral Paper/ Poster Presentation
The abstract can be submitted under the following categories.
- Histopathology
- Cytopathology
- Hematology, Transfusion Medicine & Clinical Pathology
Instructions for Abstract Preparation and Submission
- Study should not have been published or presented previously in any journal or conference.
- Presenting author should follow the sequence as- Category of presentation (paper/ poster), title, abstract
- Title should be in bold, font type Times New Roman & font size 14. First letter of each word should be in capital.
- Author's name should be in bold, font type Times New Roman, font size 14 & name of the presenting author should be underlined.
- After name, mention the registration number.
- Institution's name should be in Calibri, font size 14.
- Abstract should be structured containing introduction, material & methods/ case report, results and conclusion. Maximum word limit-250 words.
- Abstract should be typed in Times New Roman and font size 12 with double spacing.
- Abstract submission should be done online through website only
Acceptance of Presentation:
- Scientific Committee reserves right to select papers for final paper or poster presentation.
- Last date for submission of abstract is 15th April 2024. Last date of intimation for acceptance/ rejection of abstract is 30th April 2024.
