• Anirudh Kandari (Asst. Prof) has successfully completed the American college of surgeons advance trauma life support student course conducted at Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed to be University Pune, Maharashtra from 3^rd to 5^th November 2022.
• D. S. Bhamare (Prof.) has participated as a delegate for National Faculty during Main Conference Arthroscopy Academy 2022 (Theme: - Knee shoulder Arthroscopy 360 degree – Preservation) at J W Marriott Sahar, Mumbai held on 23^rd to 25^th December 2022.
• Rahul Salunkhe (Prof & HOD) On 1st February,2023 The Lokmat Dhanvantari Awards took place in J.W Marriot Hotel, Pune.

• Ashwinkumar Khandge (Asso. Prof.) has invited as a speaker and National Faculty during 4^th World Endoscopic Spine Congress held at Mumbai from 15^th to 18^th June 2023

Topic:- UBE (Unilateral Biportal Endoscopic) Spine Endoscopy.

TOPIC: Early Hurdles in UBE Spine Surgery.

He also chaired a session on Cadaveric demonstration to teach performance of UBE spine surgery to International Delegates.

• Rahul Salunkhe (Prof.) was convener during Young Surgeon Forum meeting was organised by Maharashtra Orthopaedics Association along with Pimpri Chinchwad Orthopedic Association.
• Ashwin Deshmukh associate professor and Anirudh Kandari assistant professor had the opportunity to present intersting cases in the session 6 of young surgeon forum meeting on 15 th July 2023. The Young Surgeon Forum meeting was organised by Maharashtra Orthopaedics Association along with Pimpri Chinchwad Orthopedic Association.

1. Dr. Rahul Salunkhe and Dr. Ishan Shevate from the department of Orthopaedics have obtained a new patent for - The implementation of advanced nanoscale drug delivery systems for bone cancer therapy. The invention aims at analyzing the effectiveness of drugs that are delivered using nanoscale delivery technique at curing bone cancer. This invention implements bone cancer therapies that include nanoparticles for treating bone cancer.
2. Dr. Rahul Salunkhe - This is to inform that our LOL has been shortlisted for further consideration in biomedical engineering calls under the phase I category.
3. Dr. Rahul Salunkhe (Prof.& HOD) was aired live on Radio Mirchi 94.1 Total Dhamaal Health Bites - Robotic Joint where he explained the benefits of Robotic Joint replacement.
4. Dr. Rahul Salunkhe (Prof. & HOD) was appointed as a Faculty during 3rd State Level Ortho PG Quiz and CME at MIMER Medical College, Talegaon on 16th September 2023.

6. Dr. Rahul Salunkhe (HOD ORTHO) & Dr Mayor Ingale (HOD ENT):- were honoured to launch their 1st Medical book on recent advances on Medical Education as Chief Editors at the hands of Hon. Chancellor Dr P.D. Patil Sir.
7. Dr. Ashwinkumar Khandge (Asso. Prof):- National faculty for the mentorship course on Unilateral Biportal Endoscopy of Spine UBE of Mumbai for “ENDOSCOPIC SPINE FOUNDATION OF INDIA “on 14th – 17^th September 2023.
8. Maharashtra Orthopaedic Association organized MOACON 2023 from 27-29th October. Dr. Rahul Salunkhe (Professor and HOD) Department of Orthopaedics was invited to the conference as a Faculty and also Chaired the Paper presentation and Quiz session. Dr. D. Y. Patil Medical College, Hospital and Research Centre, Pune was honored with MOA Recognition for actively conducting workshops and Conferences in the field of Orthopaedics.

Dr. Ashwin Deshmukh (Professor & HOU): - invited in IMC-Indian Master Class, Maharashtra -Tamil Nadu chapter on 08/10/2023 in Pune Sheraton Hotel Pune 1) Faculty speaker for video demonstration of surgical technique of Peroneus Longus Graft harves & its review of literature. 2) Chairperson for a session in Meniscus repair and techniques. 3) Faculty for hands-on workshop on ACL reconstruction using T - Button.
10. Dr. Ishan Shevate (Asso. Prof) :- Invited in IMC-Indian Master Class, Maharashtra -Tamil Nadu chapter on 08/10/2023 in Pune Sheraton Hotel Pune.Faculty speaker for video demonstration of surgical technique of ACL Anatomical Tunnel Drilling Techniques.
11. Dr. Pankaj Sharma (Asst. Prof.) has appointed as a Faculty (Instructor) during Intercollegiate Basic Surgical Skills (BSS) by Royal College of surgeon of England at MGM Medical College, Kamothe, Navi Mumbai on 25^th & 26^th Nov. 23.
12. Dr. Pankaj Sharma (Asst. Prof.) has successfully completed the cognitive and skills evaluations in accordance with the curriculum of the American Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Program at Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed to be University DCH Pun on 9^th Jan. 2024.
13. Dr. Rahul Salunkhe (Prof.) was a invited as a chairperson during Pune Peadiatric Orthopaedic Course (PPOC) 2023 held at Rameee Grand Deccan, Pune on 10^th Dec. 2023.
14. Dr. Amit Kale (Professor) is awarded to as Judge for Paper/Poster presentation in the 11^th Annual Research conference conducted at MIMER Medical College, on 21^st & 22^nd December 2023.
15. Dr. Ashwinkumar Khandge (Asso. Prof) was awarded the Best Poster Award during WIROC 2023 held at The Westin Mumbai Powai Lake from 28th to 30th December 2023. Topic: - Right sided approach by a right – handed surgeon to a right sided pathology by Unilateral Biportal Endoscopy (UBE).
16. Dr. Dattatray Bhakare (Asst. Prof.) was Successful completion of Arthroscopy & Sports Medicine Fellowship from 1st Dec. to 31st Dec. 2023.

1. Dr. Sarthak Walia (JR II) has secured SECOND PLACE in the postgraduate Paper Presentation competition during “TRINITY 2022- An International Medical Student Conference “ at Lokmanya Tilak Municipal Medical College & General Hospital , Sion, Mumbai held on 31^st May to 2^nd June 2022.

2. Dr. Somi Reddy (JR I) (1^st Rank) has Participated and Paper presented 1^st Annual Conference of Pimpri Chinchwad Orthopaedic Association PCOA-CON 2022 held at The Dukes Retreat, Khandala on 25^th & 26^th June 2022

   Topic:- Femur Head Necrosis As a Post Acute Sequela of COVID – 19 (Sars – Cov-2 Infection).

   Grant Government Medical College organised a Case Presentation Competition which was held at *Sir J.J Hospital, Mumbai * under the aegis of MUHS.

   Topic: - The intense competition was conducted in two stages , that of Screening and Final Presentation which was held on 11th October 2022

4. Dr. Sarthak Walia, Final Year Orthopaedics Resident has excelled by securing the First Position in the Competition with a total of 74 points out of a probable 100.

   The competition was judged by the renowned National faculties.

   The case presented was Revision Total Hip Replacement for Failed Bipolar Hemiarthroplasty With Protrusio Acetabuli.

5. Selvi Khajanchi (JR1) won the Best free Paper Award on the topic “ Is multimodal approach the preferable strategy for vertebral Hemangioma management : Our experience with 9 patients.” held at Della resorts, Khandala, Lonavala on January 21^st & 22^nd January 2023.
