OPD services

Daily OPD starting from 9am to 4pm with Lunch Break of Half hour between 1:30 pm to 2 pm.
Apart from daily patients following procedures are done on OPD basis.

  1. PEFR recording
  2. Pulmonary Function Testing - Pre & Post bronchodilator, DLCO, Body box
  3. Emergency room for critical patients
  4. Specialty Clinics (Asthma clinic, Pulmonary Rehabilitation)
  5. Specialty Clinics (Asthma clinic, COPD, Pulmonary Rehabilitation)
  6. 6 Minute walk tests.

  2. Female Respiratory Medicine ward - 30 General Beds
  3. Respiratory Intensive care unit - 7 Beds with state of the art ventilators

Sleep clinic

We have Alice 5 Philips Polysomnography with video & EEG recording (type 1 study). Sleep clinic is being done in collaboration with ENT and dental department. Type 1 study are been done for adult and paedratic population. We also do Auto-CPAP and Manual CPAP titration.

Asthma clinic
  1. On every Tuesday Bronchial Asthma clinic is been conducted from 12 PM -1 PM.
  2. Diagnosis with the help of spirometry Pre & post Bronchodilator tests is performed.
  3. Patient counseling on inhalational techniques & awareness about Bronchial Asthma.
COPD clinic/ Pulmonary Rehabilitation
  1. On every Friday COPD clinic is being conducted from 12 noon - 1 PM, along with faculty from Physiotherapy department.
  2. Patient counseling on inhalational techniques & awareness about COPD.
  3. Patient counseling about chest physiotherapy.
